Adult Novice Learn-to-Row Mini-Camp

About Adult Novice Rowing:

This co-ed, coached program is designed for adults who are new to the sport of rowing. Instruction is both on and off the water and focuses on building fitness, developing rowing technique along with water safety, flexibility, strength training, and injury prevention. Program entry is subject to the coach's approval on completion of a learn-to-row minicamp or introductory sculling series. Tenure on the novice program is 1-2 years with introductory sessions and learn to rows occurring in late summer and November. This is also the program for aspiring coxswains looking to learn a new craft for free!
