SCULLER COVID WAIVERS 2020

Team, Private, and Club Scullers,

We will need two things from each of you BEFORE YOU ROW:

1. You will need to agree to the Waiver and List of Protocols on this Google Form once.

2. You will need to fill out the daily HEALTH SCREENING QUESTIONS before every time you row.

Staff will ask you if you have answered yes to any of the questions and take your temperature.
