Open Boathouse Community Days 2023
We have created an ‘Open Boathouse Community Day’ for all ages once a month, and we hope you’ll join us with your family and friends to tour the boathouse, learn how to row on the rowing machines, and meet our staff and members.
Everyone is welcome to come back each month to our Open Boathouse Community Days, and in addition to getting to know each other, you will also continue to learn how to row! Our boathouse is located on the bike path on the Corte Madera Creek and is the perfect path for a walk, bike ride, or picnic.
If you’d like to continue rowing, we have summer camps, lessons, and recreational and competitive teams for all ages 12 and older. Financial aid is available for all of our programs. We can accommodate most physical abilities, but if you’re concerned or have questions about whether rowing suits you, let us know!
Our Open Boathouse Community Days are on Sundays from 12 -2 pm: March 26th, April 30th, May 28th, June 25th, July 30th, August 27th, September 24th, November 19th, and December 17th.
Feel free to contact the Community Day Director, Laura Kocourek, at laura@marinrowing.org if you have any questions. We look forward to meeting you and sharing the art and sport of rowing with you!
