Regatta & Trailering Fees

TRAILERING AND REGATTA ENTRIES

Trailering Fees
Each time a team or individual/team sculler travels to an away event, trailering fees are owed to the MRA for gas, truck and trailer mileage. Attached you will find the trailering fees that are owed to the MRA for each away race, a fee that will be due prior to the event. I suggest you send it in at the same time you send in your entries. There is a set fee for each destination that is to be equally divided amoung the crews attending the regatta.

Entry Fees Each team or sculler will pay for their regatta entry fees directly. The only events that your check will be sent along with others in one entry are for a regatta where there is a discount after a set amount. My suggestion is to discuss with the other RC’s and send in your entries together. Head of the Charles entry checks should be given to Sandy and sent in at one time.

It will be the responsibility of the Regatta Coordinator (RC) of each program to determine how many teams are traveling to the event, and to pay their share of the total cost.

Private boat owners pay the fees shown at the bottom of this page, and do not split costs with the programs.
